Accounts not paid within the agreed-upon terms may incur finance charges, late fees, or other penalties as outlined in your account agreement. 4. Updating Email Contact Information – You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any changes to your email address. We are not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect contact information. 5. Cancellation & Reversion to Paper Correspondence – Your account will remain enrolled in email correspondence until you notify us to opt out. Requests to revert to paper correspondence may take up to 5 business days to process. 6. Legal Compliance & Agreement – By signing up, you acknowledge that electronic delivery satisfies all legal notice requirements and that you have the necessary access to receive, view, and retain electronic communications.
